Sí, yo creo que las dos influyen, las dos influyen definitivamente. Creo que hay mucho de relación cultural. Creo que hay mucho de diferencia cultural entre los dos países pero también es cierto que esas diferencias culturales se moldean cuando uno cambia de empresa. No es lo mismo estar trabajando para TNT o estar trabajando para DHL. Son compañías muy distintas y se ve como los locales, los españoles cuando trabajan para culturas muy fuertes se adaptan a esos cambios culturales. Con lo cual yo creo que influyen, mucho las dos. No te sabría decir cual va por encima de la otra.
