Bueno aquí en México yo creo que somos unas personas un poquito más cálidas y tratamos de involucrarnos un poquito antes para conocer a las personas. Yo creo que en el momento de negociar algún punto por lo menos, yo no conozco mucho en Estados Unidos, pero por lo menos aquí en México yo procuro conocer un poco a la persona, involucrarme un poquito en lo que ella hace, para poder entonces pues salir triunfante en la negociación que quiero hacer.

Well I think here in Mexico, people are a little bit warmer and we try to get involved a bit more to get to know the people. I think that at the moment you are negotiating something, I don't know about in the United States, but at least here in Mexico I try to know the person a little bit, get involved a little bit in what he does so we can be successful in the negotiation that I want to do.
