OK, en nuestro país sí se oye mucho la expresión "el tiempo es dinero." Sin embargo, a pesar de eso, dada la infraestructura en nuestra ciudad, siempre hay excusas para llegar tarde. Si no es por el tráfico, de repente en el ascensor había mucha gente, siempre hay muchas excusas y la gente no es puntual. Aquí se considera llegar tarde, yo diría 20 minutos después de la hora ya puede empezar a decir está atrasado, pero si uno llega dentro de esos 20 minutos después todavía hay excusas para eso.
