Eu trabalho numa instituição financeira aqui nos Estados Unidos, aproximadamente cinco meses. E ainda é um pouco difícil pra mim diferenciar se, as diferenças que eu reparto são culturais ou se são da própria empresa que trabalho, se é da empresa para empresa, ou se é de país para país. Então por exemplo, eu percebo que aqui, eu trabalho com transferência de contas e a gente recebe e entrega a conta desse banco para outros bancos, e a gente as vezes, ainda não, eu não sei diferenciar por exemplo se o plano de carreira deles é algo específico da empresa ou se é uma cultura americana. Aqui por exemplo a gente pode falar tranquilamente que o nosso plano é de ficar dois ou três anos nessa equipe, que depois a gente que mudar de equipe. E no Brasil as vezes não é assim. Se você falar assim, você não vai ser bem visto. Eles querem que você fique lá, mesmo se seus planos não sejam isso. Eles não gostam que você fale diretamente isso.

I work at a financial institution here in the United States, for about five months. And it is still a little difficult for me to differentiate whether the differences that I notice are cultural or if they are characteristics of the company where I work, if it is company to company, or if it is country to country.
