啊在中國,啊,怎麼講呢,就是從一開始因為我們有兩千多年的那個封建歷史嘛。所以說啊女性跟男性的地位到目前為止還是沒有完全的平等的。然後啊如果說是那啊國內現在啊很多女性也在慢慢的就是嘗試著能夠佔據更高的地位。啊,所以說現在湧現很多的女性主管吧。但是從我個人來看的話,我覺得女性主管在國內的地位並不是很高。啊如果你到一些大公司去看的話,基本上一些比較重要的職位上面還是一些男性的主管占著一個主導的地位。 那啊這是對我自己來說,我本身也是女性嘛,然後我啊我也啊我也很希望我自己能夠在今後的啊工作當中有所建樹。啊我想很重要的一點就說啊你在啊在你自己工作的,表現自己能力的同時,一定也要嘗試著去跟別人有一個親和力,有一個溝通的過程。啊不要啊因為通常女強人只有兩種: 一種是很強悍,很強悍,就是讓人覺得受不了。還有一種就是可能會讓別人覺得你是靠美色或怎麼樣。怎樣去平衡好這兩點是非常重要的一件事情。 就是說啊一些美國女性在到中國工作的同時,啊在表現出自己強悍的一面的同時也不要忘記表現出自己溫柔的一面。這樣啊動靜結合的話,可能會收到一個比較良好的效果。
