En Venezuela últimamente se ha visto una tendencia al cambio de pasar al trabajo individual al trabajo en grupo. Parece ser una tendencia mundial. Y esto no, no afecta mucho las labores del venezolano ya que estamos acostumbrados o nos gusta el trabajo en equipo, relacionarnos bastante.

Lately in Venezuela we have seen a tendency to change going from working individually to working in groups. It seems that this is a world wide tendency. And this doesn't affect a Venezuelan's work because we are used to it and we like to work in teams where we interact a lot.
