啊,關於協議達成之後啊,那在我們公司的經驗裏頭呵,啊,我所瞭解的呵,我們大概會跟美國這些follow-up的部分呢,我們有一個經驗啊,就是,啊,因為在美國執行裏面分工分的很細呵,我們瞭解就是,哎,他可能legal的people談完了,那這個怎麼follow-up就屬於到execution。execution呢可能是不同的department呵,那所以在這個裏頭的話,在我們跟裏,跟那個follow-up的部分,maybe這個follow-up execution的department呵,maybe not quite aware之前的contract裏面的一些的內容,所以我們必須要剛開始會有一些warm up的一個時間。那以臺灣公司的例子來講,基本上呵,好像是比較一貫的呵。換句話講,談的人呵,跟後來執行的人基本上是,maybe, 都、都是同一個team,大部分情況都是同一個team的。因為我們人力來講相對是比較精簡的呵,不會呵,花太多的人。所以在我們跟這個美國人打交道的時候,我們注意的就是說,哎,可能在follow-up的execution的部分呢,要花一段時間去做一些warm up,這樣去讓人家再去可能double-confirm一下。然後在之後的,啊,進行過程當中呵,基本上只要說,啊,set, 這個schedule set了,那就是他會按這個schedule step by step,那去、去、去、去把它carry out。啊,這、這裏頭,啊,我我們的經驗是啊,在美國的公司的這邊,這裏頭執行的還算是不錯。所以everything go by the contract,噢。但是臺灣這邊的話,我們會,啊,一般來講,我們還會再去、去、去follow-up。就是說,哎,在人事這裏頭呢,有它後、後續的東西呢,我們,我們會比較care,就是說當這個term, 這個contract快要到的時候呢,我們會再去、去、去談,哎,下一個term是不是要如何再去進行。就是進行的過程當中呢,我們會去,啊,會想多一點的東西,是不是如何把它再作一個完整的結束。啊,這個大概在follow-up部分的一些,啊,一些看法,一些我的經驗。謝謝。

Uh, about what happens after the negotiations, in our company’s experience, uh, as far as I know, we usually follow up with the US. In our experience, that is, uh, in the US, the division of labor in the execution [of a deal] is very fine. We know that, uh, when their legal people finish talking, the follow up is part of the execution. This execution probably involves a different department. So, for this part, we, for the follow-up part, maybe the department executing the deal, is not quite aware of some of the substance of the contract. So, at the outset, we have to have a warm-up period. Now, taking Taiwanese companies as an example, basically, they’re more unified. In other words, the people doing the talking and the people executing the deal are basically, maybe, all, all on the same team. In most cases, they’re all a single team. Our manpower [allocation] is simpler; we don’t use so many people. So when we’re dealing with these Americans, what we pay attention to is, uh, most likely that during the execution phase, there’s a short warm-up period that lets people double-confirm. Thereafter, uh, as things move forward, basically all you need to say is, uh, set, the schedule is set, and they’ll follow the schedule step by step to, to, to, to carry out the deal. Uh, with all of this, uh, our, our experience is that US companies execute [the terms of the deal] pretty well. Everything follows the terms of the contract. But on the Taiwan side, we’ll, uh, generally, we’ll do, do, do a follow-up. That is, uh, in terms of personnel, when there’s a follow-up, we, we’re more concerned that when the term is up, when the contract is about to come to term, we’ll open, open up negotiations again about how to move forward in the next term. That is, in the process of moving ahead, we will, uh, will be a little more concerned about whether, how to bring it to a good finish.
