Bueno en Chile particularmente no se utilizan los títulos profesionales para nombrar a las personas, como se hace en otros países como Ecuador, Argentina. En general, lo normal es el trato de "usted" que no existe en inglés, solamente en español se utiliza, se utiliza el "usted", o por "señor " tanto señor por el apellido. Y en general ya cuando haya entrado de más confianza, ya cuando han habido varias reuniones, uno puede tratar a la persona con quien está negociando por su primer nombre. Pero lo normal es en un principio, no tutear a la gente o sino... digamos llamarla por su segundo nombre... segundo nombre.

Well, in the case of Chile one doesn't use professional titles when talking to people, such as what is done in other countries like Ecuador or Argentina.
