Una jornada de trabajo normal en Caracas, que es donde yo he trabajado, generalmente lo ideal sería ocho horas, pero lamentablemente no es así. Siempre se extiende un poco más. Personalmente creo que preferiría, desde mi punto de vista, no es tanto las ocho horas sino que lamentablemente la gente no se concentra a trabajar esas ocho horas. La gente va, toma café, conversa, y no se concentra en su trabajo. Yo pienso que nosotros podemos optimizar más nuestro tiempo y trabajar ocho horas diarias únicamente.

Personally I believe that I would prefer, from my point of view, it isn't so much eight hours as much as it is that people unfortunately don't concentrate on their job during those eight hours.
