Опять же, я считаю, что да, конечно озабочены, это все озабочены, не дай Бог, ты значит какой-то там... отклонишься от пункта закона. Это общее место для всех. Мне как раз кажется, они более легко относятся к правовым вопросам по сравнению с европейскими странами, представителями европейских стран, представители азиатских стран, по-моему, вообще на это внимание не обращают. У российских представителей всё равно существуют ситуации, когда многие пункты законодательства имеют неоднозначную трактовку. Когда нужно изучать многолетние там решения судов, прецедентную практику, толкование, потом вот эта наша система, что отдельно закон, отдельно подзаконные нормативы, отдельно там вообще технические документы или какие-то методические рекомендации, вот этот клубок. Когда действительно проще там прийти к чиновнику и с конкретным чиновником решать какой-то вопрос, да, смотря, что написано в законе, но всё равно истина в последней инстанции - это чиновник, который принимает решение или который контролирует соблюдение законодательства. Вот. То есть в принципе, да, на вопрос озабочены ли американские партнёры необходимостью соблюдения буквы закона, да, озабочены. Да, озабочены. Но они именно буквой закона, ну или смыслом там как-то, в целом законом, а мы понимаем, что пёс его знает, что там в этом законе написано.

When actually it is easier to come see an official and to solve a problem with a specific official, depending on what is written in the law, but still the last word belongs to the official who makes the decision or who controls statutory compliance. So that's that. So, in principle, yes, to answer to the question whether American partners are concerned with the need to comply with the letter of the law, yes, they are concerned. Yes, they are concerned. But they are concerned precisely with the letter of the law, or its meaning, with the law on the whole, and we understand that no one really knows what is written in that law.
