Zaman hakikaten çok őnemli bir konu, yaşantımızda, iş hayatımızda ve sosyal hayatımızda bence çok kritik ve hassas bir konu. Türkiye’de bu anlayış gittikçe yaygınlaşıyor. Belki 20 sene evvel bu kadar anlaşılmıyor idi, ama yeni jenerasyon, batıya açılımlar, batıyla yapılan ticaretteki gelişmeler…Artık insanların zamanının kıymetli olduğunu Türkiye’de de anlamaya başladık. Daha őnceki yıllarda gidilir, uzun süre sosyal sohbetlerden sonra konuya girilirdi. Ama şimdi hiç kimse de o kadar uzun zaman ayıramadığı için, bir an evvel konuya girip, gőrüşmeleri yapıp, bitirip, tekrar işinin başına dőnme niyetinde. Zaman hakikaten nakittir, zaman hakikaten çok değerlidir ve geriye dőndürmemiz mümkün olmadığı için de optimum şekilde kullanmamız gereklidir. Sonra eskisi gibi işler de artık yaygın ve rahat değil simdi. İş hayatı daha gergin, daha yoğun, daha çok şeyi yapmanız gerekiyor. Bir toplantıdan çıkıp, őbürüne gitmeniz gerekiyor. O nedenle zamanı optimum şekilde kullanmak artık bir kültür haline gelmeye başladı; ve sanıyorum bir kaç sene sonra bu daha yaygın bir hale gelecek. Belki küçük guruplarda , küçük şehirlerde, küçük ticaret merkezlerinde bu biraz daha large, ama inaniyorum ki beş altı sene sonra herkes bu bilinci daha çok kabullenmiş olacaktır.

Time is indeed a very important issue, it is a very critical and sensitive issue in our life, business life and social life. This understanding is spreading day by day in Turkey. Perhaps, it was not understood as much about 20 years ago, but the new generation, with the expansion to the West and developments in the trade with the latter, now we have also started to appreciate that people’s time is precious in Turkey. In previous years, we used to go abroad and start the topic after long social discussions. Yet, since nobody can give that much time to these kind of discussions, everyone tries to get into the topic, finish it and go back to his own work. Time is really money, it is very valuable and since we cannot go back in time, we have to use it optimally. In addition, things are not as common and relaxed now as in the past. The business life is tenser, intensified and you have to do a number of things. You need to go to a new meeting from another. For that reason, using the time in an optimal way has become a new culture; and I think in couple of years, it will be more common. Maybe in small groups, cities and trade centers it will take more time, but I believe that in five, six years everyone will have accepted this consciousness more.
