ええ、日本では、アメリカでなされるように、初めて会った時に握手というのはあまりしません。アメリカから来られた方が握手を求められたら、日本人は握手を返しますけれども、日本人から握手をしましょうということをしようとはしません。その代わりに、日本では、名刺、ネーム・カードを交換します。その場合も、二つのグループの偉い、偉い人の順番に、偉い人から偉い人に、二番目に偉い人から向こうの偉い人に、三番目に偉い人が、偉い、向こうの偉い人に、という順番で、偉い人から偉い人に名刺を交換して、だんだんとスタッフのレベルに落ちていくというような感じで、名刺の交換をします。名刺の交換が終わるまでは、だいたいは二つのグループは立ったままで会議室の中にいて、名刺の交換が終わり次第、「じゃあ座って話をしましょう」という感じになります。
