Bueno, comenzaremos echando una mirada retrospectiva, una mirada al pasado. Realmente hace 30 años la diferencia entre el "tú" y el "usted" era muy marcada, sobretodo al inicio de una relación de tipo muy formal, comercial de negocios. Hoy en día esta situación ha venido siendo superada. Estos ejecutivos modernos que tiene 35, 40 años de edad realmente ya entran en forma muy directa usando el "tú." Creo que es una manera inclusive de romper el hielo entre al iniciar una relación de negocios y creo que realmente en ese sentido nos estamos americanizando.

Well, let's begin looking at it from a retrospective point of view, looking at if from the past. The truth is that 30 years ago there was a marked difference between "tú" and "usted," especially at the beginning of a formal business relationship. Now-a-days this situation has been replaced. These modern executives who are 35-40 years old already enter into business directly with "tú." I even think that it is a way for them to break the ice by beginning their relationship and I even think that in this sense we have become more Americanized.
