So, most of us in this position—this is the Japanese style of management. The management at other companies is more or less the same. At some public institutions, when you’re talking about higher-ranking officials, they have a separate office. Uh, outside they’ll have a few secretaries. Getting in to see them is really difficult. That’s pretty much how it is.
