Normalmente la gente tiene maneras de pensar independiente. Sin embargo yo creo que los latinos somos muy sentimentales y muy culposos. Entonces siempre vamos a dar la primera oportunidad a la empresa donde estamos trabajando actualmente. Si tenemos una oportunidad irrenunciable, vamos a hablar con nuestro jefe. Si es que la empresa actual nos puede mejorar las condiciones, nos vamos a quedar. En el caso de que sea imposible, en ese caso creo que nos iríamos.

Normally people have their own way of thinking. Nevertheless, I believe that as Latin Americans we are very sentimental and very can feel guilty. So we always give the first opportunity to the company where we are currently working. If we have an opportunity that you just can't pass up, we will talk with our boss. If the current company can make things better, we'll probably stay. In a case where it is impossible, in that case we would probably go.
