En Perú ocurre que siempre la vida profesional se confunde o se mezcla con la vida social, ¿no? La vida del trabajo en la oficina provoca grandes amistades, ¿no? La gente almuerza junta, ¿no? la gente que está haciendo un grupo de trabajo siempre tiende a almorzar junta por ejemplo y esto provoca que se converse, se toquen temas, de deportes, de muchas cosas, de viajes por ejemplo, durante el almuerzo o la sobremesa. Entonces, el vínculo profesional cambia hacia un vínculo de amistad, un vínculo social, ¿no? Eso provoca que también, a nivel familiar hay un acercamiento entre las personas, ¿no? Es común de que haya reuniones en las casas de los amigos de la oficina, se invita a la playa o a pasar un día en el campo o el cumpleaños de una de las hijas o de los hijos si es que es muy pequeño, ¿no? Definitivamente creo que el concepto de separar profesión o trabajo, día profesional con día social en el Perú no es, no es, no es normal. Siempre están juntas y muy mezcladas.
