There is nothing like clearly saying “yes, this” or “no, that.” In general, since people watch to see how the other person will react, they speak indirectly; most of the time, they avoid expressing clearly what they want. Especially, in business life, this is how it is. However, when it comes to the experiences from different countries, I find the Middle East much closer to us. They also do not express themselves so clearly; but in different parts of Europe, except for Italy, Bulgaria and Greece, when they say “Yes, I want this,” it seems a bit strange to us; and we have to reconsider how we think about these issues. This is one of our biggest issues, people not being able to expressing themselves. That is, if his opinion is yes, yes, if no, no. They do not do so.
