In general, the first meetings are not so official. Yet, as I have said, after doing some sort of studies, that is, to decide that the two firms can work together, naturally, one should proceed to the formal meetings. For this, the first step is preliminary protocol. In the preliminary protocol, which paths to be followed to do the investment mutually and to continue, should be written down item by item. In this term, both sides should run their business, by doing their responsibilities and coming to the following meeting with the more formal documents.
