Bueno, sobre esta pregunta creo que hay una, hay un dicho muy simple que responde: "Por mi mejoría mi casa dejaría." Eso es algo que yo personalmente lo he hecho dos veces. No significa que no me de pena dejar mi trabajo anterior, o que probablemente no haya aprendido cosas que hayan sido buenas en los trabajos anteriores. Pero siempre he visto una posibilidad de mejorar y de tener algo que sirva para mi futuro en un sentido. Así que yo creo que de esta forma no le debo nada a nadie. Por lo tanto yo puedo dejar lo anterior y buscar algo mejor para mí y para mi familia.

Well regarding this question, I think that there is a, there is a very simple saying that answers it: "For my advancement, I would leave my house." This is something that I personally have done twice. This does not mean that I don't feel bad about having to leave my old job, or that I didn't learn good things in my past jobs. But I have always seen the possibility of advancement and to have something useful for the future in some way. So in this sense I don't feel that I owe anything to anybody. Therefore I can leave the past and look for something better for myself and for my family.
