えっと、日本でも、最近こういう問題が多分非常に大きくなってきて、大分解決されてきていると思いますけれども、ええ、私が経験した中では、例えば、性別、それから年齢制限というのは、非常にありました。多分今は、徐々にそれらのものは解決されてきていると思いますけれども、まだ、既に女性の場合は三十歳までとか、それから男性のみというような職業はたくさんあると思います。それから、国籍に関しては、ほとんどは日本の場合はミックスされていないので、ほとんど日本人の場合なので、こういう問題はあまりないかもしれませんけれども、規制的には、例えば、私が聞いた話では、公務員とかは、国家公務員、公務員などは、他の国籍の人はできないというふうに聞いています。

In Japan as well this problem has become a big deal and most of them have been resolved. Yes, among the things that I have experienced, for example, there are definitely gender differences and age limitations. I think probably nowadays those things have been gradually settled. However, I think there are many occupations that are still limited to 30 year old women, limited to men only, or things like that. As for nationalities, in Japan because we are not mixed and most of us are Japanese, these kind of problems do not exist very much. Yet, according to a story that I have heard, for example, as a rule, I have heard that people with other nationalities cannot be civil servants etc., government employees or civil servants.
