啊在這一點上我認為就是中國的文化和美國的文化有很大的差異。那麼我在美國我過來我到美國這邊商學院讀書已經有七八月七八個月了。就是和美國的政府機關啊做打了一些交道，也和學校的一些工作人員做了一些交道。我很深刻的體會就是這邊的工作人員他們的就是在工作的時候就是態度都非常好，就是非常的nice，就是讓你感覺很舒服。但是如果你在中國，特別是和政府機關以及一些國家國營企業做打交道的時候，你會發現事情會完全不一樣。很多時候就是這些員工並不是真的很喜歡他那份工作，只是為了只是為了有一份薪水，然後在那裏工作。那麼在這種場合下，你會感覺到他們一些他們因為對自己啊事業的不滿意，或者是對某一個同事的不滿意，或者是對生活的不滿意，會在工作中很明顯的表露表露出來。那麼啊在這種場合下，就是我也不認為有什麼特別好的辦法能夠、有什麼好的建議能夠給你能夠解決這些問題，可能是需要一些時間。因為我覺得整個中國的環境正在變化。就是很多這種國家單位、事業單位也在強調那些service。但是在這個整個過程中，就是就是你很難有一個就是一個在某一個時間段裏，很難就是說一下子就能把這些事情轉變。所以我覺得唯一能做的事情就是說，你可能需要一些耐心，然後就是把你的問題需要對方合作的事情交代清楚，這樣讓對方就是啊，如果對方有一些就是對有一些就是自己生活上態度不滿意反映在工作上的話，也希望你能夠給一些理解，這樣最終還是方便於就是讓你自己的這種事情能夠辦得成功，能夠辦得完美。

It’s probably just going to take some time. I think the reason is that the whole Chinese environment is changing. That is, many of these government and corporate institutions are now emphasizing service. But this whole process, that is, it’s hard for you, in a given time, very hard, that is to say, to change these things overnight.
