En México el papel de un abogado es muy importante cuando las compañías son grandes compañías. Como corporaciones internacionales, que tienen que ver mucho con tratados internacionales, tratados en donde debe haber un proceso legal, dentro de la jurisdicción de este país. Es importante saber, que cuando son negocios entre personas que son del mismo país, muchas veces no es necesario hacer un contrato. Pero cuando son tratados internacionales, debe ser esta una necesidad imperiosa, el que consulten a un abogado concernientes a las reglas que se deben aplicar, a los tipos de cambios que se deben tratar, a los tipos de negocios que se están haciendo. Es muy importante consultar a un abogado antes de emprender algún negocio internacional en México.

In Mexico the role of lawyers is important when the companies are large companies like international corporations that have to deal with international agreements, agreements in which there has to be a legal process within the jurisdiction of this country. It is important to know that when the business is between people from the same country, many times it isn't necessary to have a contract. But when there are international agreements, this is totally necessary, consulting a lawyer about the rules that should apply, the types of changes that one should deal with, the type of business one is doing. It is important to consult a lawyer before getting into an international business in Mexico.
