Mi experiencia aquí en Perú sobre compartir o mezclar o combinar la vida social con la vida laboral es la siguiente: Generalmente interacción social con los clientes o con gente de fuera de la empresa, fuera de horas de oficina se da muy poco, solamente en el caso en que venga alguien de visita y se lo invite a cenar o se lo lleve a pasear por la ciudad. Y, más bien lo que sí se da con bastante frecuencia es interacción en la gente que trabaja en el mismo equipo, digamos la gente que trabaja en el banco conmigo. Generalmente nos frecuentamos el fin de semana o tenemos reuniones sociales comunes y nos vemos, ¿no? como parte como si fuera una parte de una familia o parte de un mismo grupo de amigos.
