OK, o que pude reparar um pouco na vivência que estou tendo aqui nos Estados Unidos é que os americanos são um pouco mais focados dentro da cultura deles, da história deles, do que acontece aqui nos Estados Unidos. Nós, já no Brasil somos um pouco mais receptivos a novas culturas, conhecer um pouco mais sobre a história de outros países e de outros lugares, inclusive do próprio Estados Unidos, né? Então os brasileiros eles conhecem muito sobre os Estados Unidos. E o americano já não, ele conhece mais dele mesmo, e não do outro.

OK, what I was able to observe a little in my experience I'm having living in the United States is that American are a little more focused on their culture, their history, and what happens here in the United States. When in Brazil, we are a little more receptive to other cultures, in knowing a little more about the history of other countries and other places, including the United States, right? So, Brazilians do know a lot about the United States. And the Americans not so much, they know more about themselves, but not about others.
