日本人はまずは仕事を楽しくやりたい、また会社側も楽しんで仕事をやっていただきたいというのはあると思います。そのために、まず本人とその所属長の間で、期の初めとかに何を今期は目標としてやるかというようなことを打ち合わせて、本人の自覚と目標をしっかりと持たせてやるというようなことが行われています。またその他にですね、えっと、親睦を深めるとか日頃の不満とかそういうのを聞くために、宴会などを計画したりします。最近ではあまりはやり、はやらないんですけれども、昔とかは社内旅行とかですね、一泊旅行でチーム間の親睦を深めるというようなこともやったりしています。更にですね、もうどうしてもその仕事に馴染めないっていう場合はですね、「社内公募」とかって言っているんですけれども、社内で課を移ったりというようなこともできます。その場合は、相手先の課からオファーがでているということが必要になります。
