El jefe por lo general se considera una persona de mayor nivel, mayor jerarquía, con mayor privilegio. Se les suele dar todas las bondades o características especiales para su cargo. De allí que, el ubicar una oficina para ellos, se suele ser la mejor, la con mayor presentación, alfombrada y si se quiere implementado con los mejores equipos. A diferencia de repente de los empleados normales y comunes que la carencia es evidente en ellos de algunos elementos propios de una oficina.
