English

In our culture we tend to be less frank when we say "yes" or "no." Many times we are afraid of expressing our feelings. Maybe because we don't want to make a commitment and so we go around in circles or avoid expressing what we really feel. In order to not make enemies, we'll say something like, "we don't completely agree with everything," with what they are saying, but we don't say an all out "no."
