¿De qué manera es diferente? Aquí no se diferencía en cuanto a raza, se diferencía mucho en cuanto al sexo. Por ejemplo en empresas de Monterrey se da mucho el caso que las mujeres cuando llegan a contraer matrimonio o a embarazarse quedan, no despedidas, pero sí cambian de puesto, pertenecen a otra organización. Muchas empresas en Monterrey no permiten eso. Distinciones en cuanto a posición social sí existe también dependiendo del nivel de estudios, puedes tener un grado más alto, un puesto más alto dentro de la organización.

In what way is it different? Here one doesn't differentiate in regards to race, but more in regards to gender. For example in companies here in Monterrey, there are many cases where when the woman gets married or pregnant, they don't get fired but they do get changed to another job or position. Many companies in Monterrey do not allow that. Distinctions regarding one's social status do exist depending on their level of education where they get a better position, a higher position in the organization.
