Los mexicanos somos un pueblo muy caluroso, muy afectuoso. Cuando te presentan a alguien, si es de trabajo, se saluda de mano solamente. Cuando es una persona que conoces de tiempo atrás sí se saluda de beso. Dos mujeres se saludan de beso, un hombre y una mujer se saludan de beso también. Si acabas de conocer a esa persona en una relación social, también se saluda de mano.

As Mexicans we are a very warm and affectionate people. When you are introduced to somebody, if it is a work, you greet each other with just ahandshake. When it is a person that you have known for a long time of course you greet him with a kiss. Two women greet each other with a kiss, a man and a woman greet each other with a kiss as well. If you just meet someone in a social relationship, then you greet with a handshake.
