Soruda Türklerin, Türk kültürünün erkeklerin ağır bastığı bir kültür olduğu söyleniyor. Ben buna açıkçası çok katılmıyorum. Çünkü, geçmişte doğru olabilir bu sorunun cevabı, fakat, şu anda Türk kültüründe erkekler kadar kadınların da iş hayatında sözünün geçtiğine inanıyorum. Bu anlamda karşı tarafın kadın olması ya da erkek olması, yani cinsiyet ayrımı, bence hiç farketmiyor. Benim görüştüğüm bütün işletmelerde, görüşme yaptığım bütün işletmelerde böyle bir ayrım söz konusu asla olmadı. Alanların bazıları ortak, bazıları değil. Ortak olanlarda da böyle bir ayrım söz konusu olmadı. Ben buna rastlamadım. Teşekkür ederim.

In the question, it is said that Turkish culture is a male dominant culture. Frankly, I do not agree with this much. Because, in the past that answer might have been correct. But currently, in Turkish culture, I believe that women have a say in work life as much as men do. At this juncture, it does not matter if your counterpart is a male or female, that is, as to discrimination of sexes. In all of the companies where I have had meetings, such discrimination has never been an issue. Some of the areas are common and some are not. In the common fields, such discrimination has not been an issue. I have not come across anthing like that. Thank you.
