Benim de yine bugüne kadar edindiğim tecrübelerden anladığım, Türklerin duygusal toplum olduğu yönünde. Özellikle duygusallıkları ve moralleri yoğun olduğunda, bozuk olduğunda, maalesef işlerini evine taşıyabiliyorlar. Bu anlamda çok fazla ayırabilen çevremde, ben de dâhil, çok fazla insan yok. Ve evimize taşıyoruz. Mutlaka ya suratımız asık oluyor, ya da paylaşma ihtiyacı duyuyoruz. Bu iş buradadır, bitmiştir, artık evimdeyim, ne kadar rahatlasak da düşünsek de, evden de gelen, özel hayatımızdan da gelen eksi bir tesir olduğunda, maalesef ikisi bir araya gelip birtakım patlamalar yaşayabiliyoruz. Ama bunu yapabilen insanlar da var. Bunların daha çok profesyonel olduklarını düşünüyorum bu konuda. Ama biraz Türkleri duygusal buluyorum. O yüzden de duygusallıkları her yere yansıyor.

What I understand from my experiences so far is that Turks are emotional. Especially, when their emotions are intense and when they are depressed, they may carry their work home. Up to this point there are not many people around me who can separate their work life and their personal life, and I’m one of them. When there is a problem at work we see that people get upset and show it in front of others. Even if we relax and say that this is a problem from work and it’s over and I’m home now, we still might run into problems when it combines with negative things from home and from our private lives. However, there are people who can manage it, too. I believe that they are mostly professionals on this matter. Yet, I find Turks emotional a little bit. Thus, their emotionality reflects everywhere.
