<span style="font-family: Palatino;">Моё отношение к утверждению, что североамериканские бизнесмены озабочены юридическими и правовыми документами и процедурами и в судебных разбирательствах, ну, положительное, в общем-то, учитывая специфику североамериканского бизнеса, когда любые разногласия приходится решать в суде, то соответственно они очень сильно озабочены юридическими документами, и подписанием договоров, и условиями, и содержанием, насколько я знаю, любые вопросы там решают адвокаты. Адвокаты специализируются в разных направлениях и поэтому действительно это очень серьёзная проблема, потому что по любому поводу все привыкли идти в суд и принимать решения там. У нас более менее меньше такого количества, то есть мы предпочитаем на стадии переговоров попытаться разногласия, поэтому мы не сильно озабочены данными процедурами и судебными разбирательствами.</span>
