Bueno, aquí en Perú, se ve un poco de diferencia en el trato con los ejecutivos en cuanto a su raza y sexo. Pero no se toma esto mucho en cuenta en empresas norteamericanas, es sobretodo en empresas nacionales que se puede hacer cierta diferencia. En cuanto a sexo, generalmente no hay ninguna diferencia, al no ser que sea un trabajo en minas, ¿no?

Well, here in Peru there is a little difference in the treatment of executives as to their race and sex. But this isn't taken in account much in North American companies, it is mostly in national companies where there can be a difference. As to sex, generally there is no difference, unless it is a job like in the mines, right?
