Bueno, creo que en el término de negociación, poner las cosas por escrito, creo que es un poco relativo. Hay casos en que sí se hace como hay casos en que no se hace, ¿no? Aunque generalmente en el ámbito empresarial para llegar a un acuerdo o si uno quiere resumir los puntos que se trató en una reunión, generalmente sí queda una copia por escrito.

OK, I believe that in terms of negotiation, putting things down in writing, I believe that it is kind of relative. There are cases in which you do as there are cases in which you don't, right? However generally in a business environment in order to arrive a some agreement or if you want to summarize the points that were dealt with in a meeting, generally you do want a written copy.
