Soweit es um die Betonung der rechtlichen Aspekte geht und Verträge ausarbeiten usw., denke ich, gibt es eine Tendenz, dass in der Tat der ganze juristische Teil der Verhandlung sehr, sehr wichtig ist. Es gibt Ausnahmen bei Verhandlungen mit Amerikanern, wo wirklich über die Jahre eine persönliche Beziehung gewachsen ist. Das passiert nicht bei der ersten und nicht bei der zweiten und nicht bei der dritten Verhandlung, weil der Fokus einfach nicht auf der Beziehung liegt, sondern eben auf Ergebnissen. In den ersteren Fällen, wenn es wirklich so erscheinen mag, gerade für Deutsche, dass alles, jede Klausel, in rechtlich abgesicherte Form gepackt werden muss, dann kommt es meiner Meinung nach einfach aus einer Denkweise heraus, die sagt „Wir kennen uns nicht, wir haben ein ganz, ganz klares business is business Geschäft hier vor uns“, und alles, was da irgend wie zu regeln ist, sollte man rechtlich klären, damit später nicht auf der persönlicher Ebene irgendwie Ärger zustande kommt oder Probleme auftauchen, die eben den Profit, den Geschäftserfolg im Wege stehen könnten.
