Bien, para empezar esta pregunta mencionaré una frase que es muy.. que se dice mucho en México, "Que los negocios o los grandes negocios se cierran en los bares". Esto es, usualmente nosotros consideramos que la socialización con los grupos con los que interactuamos es muy importante, esta no será únicamente dentro en la oficina, y no será en un contexto único de las horas de trabajo. Para nosotros las grandes negociaciones, las grandes relaciones se establecen precisamente fuera del trabajo. Y es muy común, todo mundo espera que en esas reuniones, cenas, o pláticas en algún bar se traten los negocios de una manera distinta. Lo que se busca en este.. en este tipo de reuniones es salir precisamente de un marco que es las oficinas que en cierto momento restringen un poco lo que podría ser una negociación más abierta. El hecho de estar en algún restaurante, o estar en algún bar platicando se considera como una zona neutral, y es completamente permitido el que se hable de negocios, porque se sabe que se va a hablar de estos negocios de una manera completamente distinta. No hay...no hay la presión de estar en una oficina tanto de una persona como de la otra. Entonces sí es permitido!
