Bueno gracias, yo considero que en Latinoamérica sí hay una diferencia un poco marcada en cuestión de qué tipo de candidato una compañía solicita. Aquí obviamente hay leyes que regulan eso, yo creo que más estrictamente que en Latinoamérica. Por ejemplo, en México que estuve trabajando, pues si, uno abre el periódico para buscar algún tipo de trabajo, o ver qué tipo de cualidades está buscando la compañía, y muy claramente, pues a veces especifican que de sexo femenino, o entre 25 a 35 años, o ... bueno ciertas, ciertas restricciones ¿no? que no se ven en Estados Unidos. Yo considero que eso eventualmente va a cambiar, yo creo que se ve menos que antes. Pero todavía el gobierno, pues no ha tomado un rol muy activo en regular eso, y por lo tanto pues todavía es muy, muy marcado, ya que a cualquier compañía, pues muchas veces saben exactamente, tienen en mente que tipo de persona es la que quieren, y si va a ser hombre o mujer, o que tipo... o si joven, viejo, etc. Pues muchas veces a ellos le conviene poner explícitamente que es lo que están buscando, y ahorrarse tiempo en hacerlo. Así hay que esperar si poco a poco el gobierno se involucra.

Well, thank you, I believe that in Latin America there is a marked difference in the type of candidate that a company looks for. Here there are obviously laws that regulate that, I believe more strictly than in Latin America. For example, in Mexico where I was working, well, if one opened up the newspaper to look for some type of work, or if you look at the qualities that the company is looking for, and very clearly, well sometimes they specify that they want a female between 25 and 35 years and certain restrictions, right? that you don't see in the United States. I believe that this eventually will change and I believe that you see less of this than before. But the government still hasn't take a very active role in regulating this and so it is still very very common since in some companies, well many times they know exactly or have a specific person in mind that they want for the job and whether it will be a man or woman and what type, young, old, etc. So, many times it is more convenient to explicitly state that that is what they are looking for and they save time by doing it. So, we have to wait and see if little by little the government will get involved in this.
