Sí, la vida personal y la de negocios en Latinoamérica, yo creo que se mezclan más que acá en Estados Unidos. Acá sí hay una distinción más clara entre las horas de trabajo, las personas con quien uno trabaja, y siempre hay un poco de distancia entre el juego y el trabajo. En Latinoamérica yo creo que hay todavía más unión en cuestión con la gente con quien uno trabaja. Muchas veces se crean amistades muy buenas, salen los fines de semana, se considera las familias, a veces se conocen. Personalmente pues me ha pasado trabajar con gente en Latinoamérica en que, tanto con la persona que trabajo como las familias, pues son unidas y llegamos a un punto de amistad muy bonito que aquí es no imposible pero es más difícil. Acá yo creo que sí se separa más claramente las personas con quien uno trabaja y las amistades.

Here there is a clear difference between the work hours, the people you work with, and there is a greater distance between work and play. In Latin America I believe that there is more unity as related to the people that one works with. Frequently you create great friendships, you go out on weekends, you know about their families, and at times they know each other. Personally I have been able to work with people in Latin America, both with people as well as families, and well there is a unity and we end up creating beautiful friendships that aren't impossible here but are more difficult. Here I believe that they do indeed separate the people you work with and the other friendships.
