Bueno, aquí en México realmente no tenemos una mezcla de razas tan grande como la tienen en Estados Unidos. Yo creo que esa diferencia no es muy grande, y procuramos por lo menos desde mi punto de vista no hacer distinción tampoco. Yo creo que de la comparación con Estados Unidos, es que allá tienen una mezcla de razas muy grande en la cual pues sí se podría dar alguna diferencia. En cuanto al sexo, creo que aquí en México apenas estamos empezando. Estamos en el momento en que las mujeres estamos involucrándonos un poco más en lo que son las carreras profesionales, o la vida profesional. Yo siento que ha sido un poco difícil entrar en este.. este aspecto, pero definitivamente todavía hay muchas empresas en las que hasta cierto nivel no dejan involucrarse mujeres. En mi caso especial no es así. Puesto que en la empresa en la que estoy es una empresa internacional, es una empresa mundial, en la que puestos ejecutivos ya son ocupados por mujeres.

Well here in Mexico we don't really have a mix of races as much as you have in the United States. I don't think that this distinction is very big and we try, at least in my point of view, not to make a big distinction. I think that compared to the United States, it is that there they have a greater mix of races, which could lead to greater distinctions. In regards to gender, I believe that here in Mexico we are just starting. We are at a point in which women are getting a little bit more involved in professional careers, or professional life. I feel it has been difficult to get into this environment, but there are definitely companies that up to a certain point still don't let women to get involved. In my specific instance this is not the case. Given that the company I am in is an international company, it is a worldwide company in which executive positions are already occupied by women.
