Американцы рассматривают их нацеленность на краткосрочный бизнес как часть стратегии step by step, то есть это ступенька к выстраиванию долгосрочных и более масштабных проектов после тестирования на небольших масштабах. В то же время европейцы, особенно восточные, русский бизнес, очень любят "стратижировать", выстраивать стратегии, писать тонны документов, расписывать бизнес планы, инвестиционные проекты, вести переговоры не просто днями и неделями, это может годами длиться, потрачены быть куча времени, куча денег с тем, чтобы в итоге прийти к мнению, что мы этот проект реализовывать не будем, и все это усилия идут в мусорную корзину. Поэтому американская стратегия мне кажется и более оперативной, и более экономичной, и в конечном итоге она приносит больше результата, поэтому я сам стараюсь работать по технологии step-by-step и на короткие сроки, на короткие деньги.</span>

At the same time, the Europeans, especially the Eastern [Europeans], Russian business, are very fond of "strategizing," of building strategies, write tons of documents, write out business plans, investment projects, to negotiate not just for days and weeks, but it may last years, possibly spend plenty of time, a ton of money so that in the end come to the conclusion that we are not going to implement this project, and all these efforts go in the trash. Therefore, the American strategy seems faster to me, and more cost-effective, and ultimately it brings more results, therefore, I myself strive to work according to the step-by-step technique, aiming at short terms and quick money.</span>
