El rol del abogado es importante al principio cuando uno va a establecer su empresa. Uno acude a un notario para establecer la empresa, pero para cuando yo estoy vendiendo o comprando algo no necesito abogado alguno. Si el americano llega con un abogado al "meeting," lo más seguro que pase es que asustará a su socio mexicano. Porque abogado es casi sinónimo de problemas. De que atropellaste a alguien, te va a demandar, hay alguna cuestión ambiental allí implícita, es sinónimo de que hay algún problema por allí. Yo por ejemplo, te puedo decir yo tengo unas oficinas en Monterrey que rento, nunca le rento a un abogado, esa es uno de mis requisitos, si es abogado no le rento nada, mano!

The role of a lawyer is important in the beginning when one is going to establish his company.
