Sí es muy importante establecer un uso horario dentro de México. En el norte de México las comidas se hacen más temprano que en el centro de México. Es decir por ejemplo, si usted va a Monterrey generalmente a las doce y media, una de la tarde se come a esa hora. Mientras que en la ciudad de México a esa hora es muy temprano. La hora de comida en México es como entre 3:00 y 4:00 de la tarde. En este sentido el norte de México tiene un horario más parecido al de Estados Unidos. No tan temprano! Me sigue pareciendo muy temprano comer a las once y media y cenar a las 6:00. Sin embargo es más parecido el horario en el norte de México que en el sur. Definitivamente en el sur se come y se cena mucho más tarde que en Estados Unidos, entre 3:00 y 4:00 de la tarde y la cena puede ser como nueve y media, y 10:00 de la noche.
