Vas a usar zapatos definitivamente. No necesariamente casual y algo formal, informal.
English
OK, to dress in casual clothes when they invite you to an informal meeting means that you will wear a sport shirt, probably a sport coat too, a wool blend or a light material, cream color, and probably slacks. You definitely won't use jeans, or tennis shoes or sandals. You will definitely use dress shoes. Some slacks, a shirt and a sports coat. This is what you wear to a casual meeting. In more formal meetings you'll need a tie and a suit coat, not necessarily casual, something more formal. You'll have to find out at the time of each meeting whether it is casual or not, if it will be that way or not.
